Here’s what you can expect from us now:

We should reply to you, typically within 1 day (usually the same day) to acknowledge receipt of your inquiry and to ask any questions we may have about it.

Based on your inquiry and your response to the questions we may have raised, within a day or two we will send you a 3D rendering of the board as we understand it, depending on the complexity of the customization and/or any research we need to do on materials.  You will also get a firm price – the majority of the time it will reflect the estimate you got when you completed the request.  If it is different, it will be because of special premium materials or special requests made that we were not able to cover with the estimate.

When you get the rendering you can make changes or not, and we can iterate this way until we have the design just the way you want it.

Then, if you choose to proceed, you can tell us you want to place an order.  We’ll send you a PayPal invoice.
